Every year, on the third Sunday of June, Otoy always flies a kite. It is also on this day that his neighbors and his best friend, Klarke, would wonder why he would do this. But when Otoy finally asks Klarke for help to fly his kite, will the question, "Why does Otoy want to fly a kite?" at last be answered?
